Attendance of hearings
As a rule, hearings before the Criminal Chamber are open to the public, with the exception of deliberations. There are a limited number of places for the general public in the courtroom.

If you wish to attend a hearing, you should go to the reception area of the FCC, at 7 Viale Stefano Franscini, Bellinzona.
You must bring an identification card with you.
Appropriate clothing is required for access to the Tribunal.
